Every year the Bellingen Golf Club produces and
mails to all its members an Annual
Report along with the Notice of Meeting for the AGM and Voting
Papers (if required).
The financial cost to the Club in meeting this statutory requirement
is substantial.
Recent amendments to the Corporations Act now allow organizations
such as our Club
to provide this material to members electronically, if they elect to
receive it in this
way. Below we are offering members three options in relation to how
they would like
to receive the Annual Report, the Notice of Meeting and Voting
Papers (if required).
