3 prizes were awarded on Wednesday's chook run, with the best score going to Ted Callander with 23 points. The other two recipients were Ross Williams and A Alford,both with 21 on a C/B. Shane Heffernan returned to form in the short course that afternoon, returning a nett score of 23.5 to win narrowly from Nev Farrar on 24. Thursday's seniors had a good field of 18 players, including visitors Barry Smith,Ken House and Jim Rowe.The spoils went to T.Brown, Rod Bruce, J.Rose, Rowan Hickson, J.Ginis, G.O'Connor, B.Tait and G Mclagan.NTP's went to R.Hickson and S. McCabe.A disappointingly small field played a single Stableford on Saturday,for trophies sponsored by Tom from Ryco. Glenn Jones had a very good day, recording 42 points to win A grade from Morrie Tate on 38.B Grade went to morning player, Warwick Knight with 43, from Ross Williams on 39.Balls went to P.Lazarus, L.Howes, G.Mclagan and G.Hawke.NTP's went to G.Mclagan (jackpot), G.Hawke (two), G.Jones, C.Hoskins and Jenko won the GB hole.
