Great scores were the order of the day for Wednesdays chook run, with Phil Ireland leading the way with 24 points (that's two weeks in a row!).Other recipients were R.Crowley and W.king with 23 and 22 points respectively.NTP to R.Crowley. There were 26 afternoon players for the short-course challenge, with J.Suter, off a provisional handicap ,returning a net score of 21.0.(his handicap has been slashed accordingly).R/up was R.Farrel with 24.0.Target holes went toI. The team event was won by W.Knight and G.Hawke with 48 points, from S.McCabe and Ross Williams with 46. The ball run went to 38 points and included P.Lazarus,R.Hind, N.Jenkins, C.Blyth,R.Hall and T.Brown.The Keno mixed qualifier will be held here on Saturday, 23 April, with the final also being played here on Sunday, May 8.Next week's is event is a single Stableford, sponsored by Raleigh Winery.The draw for the CSMP is on the board, and some games have already been decided, so please make arrangements to play your matches.March is a busy month at the club, with the Matthew Locke charity three person Ambrose being held on good Friday afternoon.Saturday,26 March is the qualifying game for the Nolan 4 ball match play.Wednesday 30 March is the Bellingen Invitational, which is a single Stableford with a shot gun start.Time sheets in the foyer drawer...cheers Smithy.
