Newcomer, Mark Parsons acquitted himself well but three putted the sixth green and dropped out leaving four players to contest the last three holes. Mick Raymond threw a piston and conceded the seventh, whilst Fred Sharman had chipping problems on the eighth. Nick Jenkins played a great third shot recovery on the ninth hole, and making five, leaving Jayden Taylor a 14 footer to halve  the hole with pars. He narrowly missed, and this decided the winner and runner-up. Be kind to the course and happy golfing….Smithy.
